Our hotel is committed to making our facilities, amenities and services accessible to guests with disabilities.  Below is a description of many of the accessible features of the hotel in its public and guest room spaces.

  • Lobby & Meeting Space Bathroom designed for wheelchair access 
  • Visual and Hearing Impaired Alarms in common areas of the hotel   

Accessible Guest Room Spaces  

  • Rooms specifically with lower kitchen counter-tops   
  • Rooms specifically with larger bathrooms for wheelchair access 
  • Rooms are equipped with both visual and hearing impaired alarms for fire

Conformance status 

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. MCM Elegante Suites Website contains WCAG 2.0 level AA conforming functionality. Conforming functionality means that efforts were taking during the development of the website to follow WCAG standards.
